Jorge Fernandez was the man behind the much-loved and influential chain of provenance-centric London cafes Fernandez and Wells. Dee Rettali worked at the heart of F & W too and is a chef and baker who has travelled widely including many years in Morocco. Together Dee and Jorge have recently established the lauded sourdough bakery and cafe Fortitude. Here, sitting around a campfire at Camp Glen Dye they discuss travel, family, business and the joy of campfire baking.
