Dendera is the best-preserved temple complex in Egypt. It's most famous feature is its ceiling, the "Zodiac of Dendera," which rivals the Sistine Chapel in terms of the intricacy and breadth of artwork. Software engineer, data architect, and thinker Jose Barrera took over 5,000 pictures of the ceiling and wrote software that stitched them all together in a seamless whole.
