José is originally from Guatemala and experienced hyperinflation as well as corruption from a very young age. He found Bitcoin because it’s the only violable option he has. 

The push down the rabbit hole led to him discovering the Lightning Network and founding Ibex with his brother. These days, they’re one of the biggest PoS and infrastructure providers in Latin America.
