Josée Sovinsky is both a Registered Dietitian and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Ottawa, ON. She is the co-founder of the Blossom Counselling Centre, which is home to a team of dietitians and therapists who support adults with eating disorders, body image, self-esteem, ADHD, and anxiety. She personally has ADHD and uses her lived experience and professional knowledge to support others in dismantling shame, embarrassment, and grief they may have accumulated from living in a world that isn’t designed for their brain.

Julie Sovinsky, M.H.Sc., SLP is a bilingual (English-French) speech-language pathologist in Ontario, Canada. She is the founder of Sweet Speech Therapy, a growing virtual speech and language clinic with a focus on parent coaching for late talkers as well as speech sound disorders and fluency for clients of all ages. Julie has been a lover of teletherapy since early 2020 and an SLP since 2013.
