Josephine Sandler(J.S.) Nelson
J.S. Nelson is a professor of law, author, and business ethics expert with a deep, diverse background bridging law and business school. She has been an academic for over fifteen years. Last year, she taught at Harvard Business School. She will be a Visiting Researcher with the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School during the 2022-2023 academic year.

Adrian Mendoza
Adrian Mendoza is the Founder and General Partner of Mendoza Ventures. After having two VC-funded startups in Boston, Adrian started Mendoza Ventures to address the funding gap in the pre-seed investment stage for underrepresented founders. He launched his firm in 2016 focused on investments in AI, Fintech, and Cybersecurity companies. Mendoza Ventures is minority and women led as well the first VC firm in the east coast founded by a latino. The firm is currently raising its third fund and its first fund is the top quartile of seed stage funds.
