As I work on the second edition of my book The Bible and Qur'an: Biblical Figures in the Islamic Tradition, I am look at new sources, from modern scholarship to medieval chronicles.  In this episode, I speak about how medieval scholars picked up on the fact that Qur'anic Joseph tells his dream only to his father Jacob/Yaqub which sets up a special relationship between them that climaxes at the end.
