Court is back in session, and Rock Court Case #2: The New Wave Of British Heavy Metal vs The Sunset Strip officially moves from opening arguments into testimony.

Representing The Sunset Strip, Rocktorney Michael Pastore calls his first witness to the stand: Josh Caldwell, host of The Engine Room podcast and a lifelong champion of hard rock and metal. 

The evidence is mounting, the jury is engaged, and the battle lines grow sharper.
