On this weeks podcast, I caught up with Josh Deluca (- Cardillo). Josh  played for both the Fremantle and Carlton Football clubs in the AFL and is currently playing for Box Hill in the VFL.

We chatted about his time in the AFL system, hot chocolates after a 3km run, hyphen last names and much, much more. Funnily enough Josh finally admitted that he wouldn't have his degree without me and it's been a pleasure working with him so far over in Victoria.

What an honour it was to sit down with him and I wish him the best of luck for the 2021 season.
