Talks about his human experience living with autism, PTSD and a lonely heart. 

From being in a rock band and doing way too many drugs to working with children in an outdoor children’s camp and creating a kids circle where kids can open up and giving their ideas the respect they deserve, Josh has come a long way.  

He shares some of his daily practices that help him cope with the pressure and stress of everyday life
