My guest this week is the Head Coach of Johns Hopkins University’s Men’s Basketball team, Josh Loeffler! With a current record of 22-3, Josh and his team are having an incredible season. Since graduating from Swarthmore College in 2003 and choosing to follow his passion of basketball, Josh has spent two decades honing his craft as a coach. He talks about pursuing an unorthodox career path, the different mindsets of an assistant and head coach, and how he connects with and supports his players. From being the eldest of five, to raising two kids to coaching so many talented young men, Josh is a leader through and through.
