With thirty-two years of experience in the education field, Tracey A. Holland has served in public, for-profit, and nonprofit organizations. Tracey has worn many hats across these years—teacher, student advocate, inspirational speaker, team leader, professional developer, professor, curriculum writer, action researcher, director, consultant, and coach. Through each of these distinct roles, she has learned how to cultivate, nurture, develop, and grow adults and students alike.

Tracey is a lifelong learner with a heart for transformation in both people and organizations. Tracey has made it her life mission to Inspire ~ Encourage ~ Love ~ Serve. She lives in a genuine and authentic way, always looking for and seeing the best in people.
