I first met Josh Simanskey through my good friend Brady Knippenberg, who I homebrew with pretty regularly (Brady gets name-dropped quite a bit on this episode, FYI). As President and Founder of The Logan Brewlevard Society, a Logan Square-based homebrew club, Josh knows a lot about brewing and beer. I wanted to chat with him about where homebrewers fit within the beer industry and how to better showcase them and the awesome beer their brewing.
