This week, we had a wonderful conversation with Josh Stephens: Military Aviator, Real Estate Investor, and all around great guy. We discussed his background and upbringing and his path that led him to becoming a military aviator, being assigned to a B-52, and real estate investor. We also discussed the mindset necessary to do a very demanding and stressful task and how his background has shaped him.
