Josh Pascual left his career selling medical devices to pursue a business that grew out of a weekend hobby: Wagyu beef. For three years, he's been providing South Floridians with steaks — and, more recently, other proteins — sourced from farms all over the world. His business has grown; earlier this year, he opened his first brick-and-mortar shop and he has plans to expand into e-commerce.
