In this episode Josh Castille, a deaf actor based in California, talks about the mentor who pushed him towards a wonderful acting career. As well as how important it is to have diverse voices within theatre to create rich and new stories. 

Some of his credits including playing Ernest in the 2015 Broadway revival of Spring Awakening, and Quasimodo in 5th Avenue Theater's production of Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
