"If this judgment stands, teachers could lose their job or be banned from the profession indefinitely if they refuse to lie about who a pupil is legally and biologically."

Our Head of Public Policy Tim Dieppe spoke to Premier Christian Radio about yesterday's High Court ruling which upheld the banning of Christian maths teacher Joshua Sutcliffe, who refused to use the wrong pronouns of a girl identifying as a boy.

Joshua has been supported by the Christian Legal Centre since 2017. Andrea Williams, Chief Executive says: "We will continue to support Joshua for as long as it takes to secure justice."
