Josie went from being the PA to Coldplay's manager, to co-founding the Help Refugees international charity. She tells her story of how she went from a fairly normal life to being the CEO of a worldwide organisation. Her drive and passion for providing aid to refugees was born out of responding to the refugee crisis in Calais in 2015. Since then, she has been on a personal and professional journey that is beyond inspirational and stems from love. In this episode, Josie describes the challenges people who become refugees face and the ways that we can help to continue support.
