Today’s Utility is the Jot Whiteboard. Just like the regular whiteboard, this iPad app allows you to draw, put on media and more. When you are done, you can email it to others, or save it as a photo. You can also move items around, so if you create a quick diagram and need to make room for another item, just move your diagram around.
Another feature of Jot is live sharing (paid version). With live sharing, you connect with another, and collaborate with the drawing. This also works with iPod and iPhone, so you don’t need an iPad to collaborate.
Two versions of Jot – Free and $4.99
Get a Roku – Prices start at $49
We also look at the iKlip Studio – a stand for your iPad. Made for musicians that use the iRig guitar adaptor. The iKlip Studio also comes with a clip for the iRig, so you don’t pull on the cord while recording your guitar licks. You can place this on your table, or next to the keyboard so you can read sheet music.
The iKlip Studio also closes flat so you can store it easily.
