This week we have a special guest in the form of James Foulger, who discusses his role as Diversity & Inclusion Officer, how the 5th XV are doing this season and the start of LGBT+ History Month in February. We also discuss how he balances his academic life with his Rugby life at University. We touch on the news emerging this week with some referee controversy, trouble in Cymru and a preview ahead of this years Six Nations. This week we look ahead to the first BUCS Wednesday of the New Year and see the challenges ahead. We also have a special guest in the form of Talent Development Officer, Tom MacDonald, who discusses his business T|M|C and also his role as TDO. We look back at an impressive weekend of Champions Cup action and also touch on twelve new professional women's contracts over in Wales.

This week we review the past semester and give our report card at the halfway mark of the season. We review the Oxford Barbarians vs Sweet But Chops game and all the OBURFC involvement in Club Rugby.
