In an effort to grow we all must take a look inward. Nobody gets to choose whether we participate in life - we are all in the arena. With this podcast, we will share some thoughts, have interesting conversations and provide resources for health, wellness and self-improvement. My goal with this project is to put something positive out into the world to inspire us all to be better humans in constant EVOLUTION.
