In this episode, I am sharing my thoughts and experiences about Journaling and how it has helped me face an emotionally dreadful situation. I am focusing here on guided journaling more than classic blank sheet of paper kinda Journaling. Guided Journaling helps set an agenda along with a structure and you can expect an output after completing your practice. I have planned to go deeper into Journaling and I will share some more Guided Journaling practices in future episodes.
