I genuinely believe the greatest investment I have ever made is a journal, you will never be alone with a pen and paper. When I was at my lowest my journal was my solitude and escape, i humanised my journal and essentially thank it for saving me when I was at my lowest. A journal doesn’t always have to be negative, you can draw, write poetry, stick memories of dinners and drinks out. Anything you want, your journal is your peace of mind and release from reality - it is something that will listen with no judgment if you need to vent. ILYSM.
