Scott Pennebaker is a co-founder of Rebuilt which was founded in 2018. Rebuilt is a venture capital backed real estate company whose primary focus is wholesaling. They currently have 12 offices across 6 states and plan to open another 8 offices in 2023. Scott serves as the Chief Growth Officer for Rebuilt, standing up new verticals that complement their cash offer business. He has successfully integrated brokerage, lending and title over the past 2 years. In 2022 alone, Rebuilt transacted on over 600 properties in their existing markets. Since inception, Rebuilt has helped over 3000 property sellers and investors and sold over $150 million in real estate.
