Join me and Sally as we explore our experiences of exploring our shadow selves. What triggers you in another person? What could that be mirroring that you may be rejecting in who you are? Since meeting Sally I have been adding essential oils into my daily practices which have truly changed my world and at first I was stumbling through using them more as topical treatments for headaches etc but now I use them with intention and they have aided me with releasing so many emotions from grief, shame, guilt. I used to be so emotionally cold and find it repelling when I saw others show their emotions however over the past years my vulnerability and emotions have been flowing through and connected me to my heart and the shift in who I am and how I live has transformed & by now adding the oils the healing has just continued to evolve.
