Journey of the Wounded Healer, The Transformation of a Lifetime

Tonight I am going to discuss the Heros' Journey through the lens of trauma. Embarking on the Hero's Journey is no small task. The journey will transform you mentally, emotionally and physically. If you have have lived through traumatic experiences you carry deep mental, physical and emotional burdens that are affecting every aspect of your life. It takes courage to answer the Call to  Adventure and head into the "Unknown", it is a war zone, it is life changing, painful and difficult. You must go into the CAVE to slay your Dragons (Fears) and return with your Gift(s); increased wisdom, strength, inspiration, and much more. 

If you refuse to answer the call, you will continue to live a life cast in the role of victim. The Universe will keep calling and it will get louder and louder until you pick up and say yes.

Your Journey is mythical ... give it 100% and you will transcend fear, reprogram your body and mind, and open yourself up to the magic all around you and your Divine Gifts.
