Having a positive mindset works just like a boolean! A boolean can either be true or false and usually starts out with a default value in a program. In the same way, a human mind can either be positive or negative and most people have a default mindset in which they operate. 

In this episode, I explain some ways that I've learned to be consistently positive and how being positive today will create a positive future.
