Desiree comes from a lineage of spiritual leaders. This anointing comes with mighty battles; a suicide attempt, an abusive marriage, sexual abuse, homelessness and gambling. However, by the grace of God, not only did she survive, but she thrived.
After three years of medical mistreatment motivated by racial bias, Desiree Washington was diagnosed with stage IV bladder cancer.
