Sometimes saying goodbyes to friends can be the hardest thing, especially when you have bonded with them over Jesus! Paul could have found a comfy apartment and retired, but God had other plans for him and he was obedient to the call on his heart. We have another well known passage today with Jesus walking on the water and Peter jumping out to meet him. I bet it was that childlike faith that got him out of the boat and walking those first few steps. I pray we all have a little bit more of that.
