We're back! Hi!

We give a brief overview of where we've been and why we disappeared, and what's going on now! We are both in therapy and ready to share what we've been learning. We are embarking on a journey to authenticity, and today we ask what even is authenticity. How do we find authenticity outside of who we are told to be?
