Your brain is not a prediction machine. It is a storage  and patterning device built on past experience. The survival mind identifies exploration and growth in the "unknown" as a threat...because it cannot predict the outcome. We are biologically predisposed to routine and predictable states. Traveling the same path. Experiencing the same things. Getting caught in a rut.

The momentum of a rut can carry you very far, but will ultimately lead to unhappiness. The feeling of being stuck. Paralyzed by fear.

In order to break free from the rut you must be willing to face your fear of the unknown. To see things as you never have before. This is part of the great dance of the Universe.

True happiness is found in the personal progress and growth we experience during our life...and yet, there is no growth without resistance...and no resistance without fear of the unknown.
