Sometimes we can get caught up in one of these, and become impatient, unhappy, worried about the past, or anxious of the future. But if we lean just a little bit towards the one side, and see that everything is ongoing (change is the only constant) we will eventually see that all our adversities are more short lived than we thought, especially if we decide to see them as opportunities we can use, and benefit from in the long term/journey/process of life.
