Our two guests have each taken a journey that moved them beyond their personal stories and painful past and profoundly changed their lives.

Ronna Prince is the writer and producer of Sacred Journey of the Heart, a documentary film about the science and spirit of our connection to each other. While Ronna’s goal with the film was to encourage viewers to make the connection to their hearts, in the process, she found the way to heal and connect to her own heart through the transformative power of forgiveness.

Kurt Koontz took a different journey of the heart described in his book, A Million Steps. He walked 500-miles across northern Spain on the route followed by pilgrims since medieval times to the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela , where the remains of the Saint James the Apostle are thought to be buried. Along the way, Kurt also navigates through his personal history of addiction, recovery and love and embraces the beauty of the countryside and joyful connections to other pilgrims from around the world.
