The A to Z of Happiness

Joy

Listen Later

Joy is an intense feeling of surprise and delight that’s often fleeting. It needs us to be fully present in order to experience it. Joy can be found in small things and in the present moment, and can help us to relax and drop negative emotions.

Three prompts

  1. What brings you joy?
  2. How often do you experience it?
  3. What would happen if you navigated by joy?
