The Chairman of Parliament’s Privileges Committee, Joseph Osei- Owusu, has reiterated that it is a constitutional imperative for the seat of the Dome-Kwabenya MP, Sarah Adwoa Safo, to be declared vacant once she failed to appear before the Committee.
