According to the Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, government is developing an Enhanced Domestic Programme in collaboration with the International Monetary Fund to complement the GhanaCares Obataanpa programme for macroeconomic stability, debt sustainability, robust growth and Ghana Beyond Aid.
