Each time you think of a negative comment in your mind, come up with five compliments. This exercise is from Jay Shetty's book, 'Think Like A Monk,' where he suggests ten compliments, but this version is slightly easier.
This exercise will literally rewire your brain, and you'll start seeing people around you differently.
