Lulu Toomata was born in Auckland NZ, raised in South Auckland in Otara and migrated to Brisbane, Australia with her husband Jeremy  and daughter Breezy in 2008.  

Lulu has worked in Community Services for 20 years but currently is part time as she cares for her older sisters who live with her and her family.

Lulu Toomata and her best friend Roseann Hack started  Joy life Vlogs in  2019.
