Rockson-Nelson Dafeamekpor, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament for South Dayi has sued the government for sole-sourcing Agenda 111 designs to Ghanaian-British architect, Sir David Adjaye. In his suit, Mr. Dafeamekpor is praying on the courts declare the contracts as null and void, terminate them and also order a fresh bidding process.
