The Right Honourable Speaker of Parliament Alban Kingsford Sumana Bagbin has summoned police officers who manhandled the Member of Parliament for Madina, Hon. Francis-Xavier Sosu, during a demonstration by his constituents over bad roads, to answer questions before the Privileges Committee.
