After the success of the first episode of the podcast, we're back with Episode 2! The second episode features Entrepreneurship and the role it plays in our youth. Alex chats to Kai Parsons, a young entrepreneur and youth TEDx speaker who won the 2017 Allan Gray Entrepreneurship Challenge and was a 2018 finalist. They discuss the key to early entrepreneurial success and Kai's plans for the future.

Kai has been involved in multiple business ventures from an online web development company, called Silicon Development (www.sidev.co.za) to his latest business which takes the form of a social enterprise aimed at helping to deal with gas emissions in rural areas.
