Friends, the verse of the week is 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18. “Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” In this episode Raizel and Xenia discuss how these three things help us look more like Christ and prepare us for his return! Our joy sets us apart in a world that loves to connect by complaining. Prayer draws us near to the Lord even when he doesn’t give us the answer we want, and gratitude helps us be content no matter the circumstances. Although these 3 things don’t come naturally, they all strengthen our relationship to the Lord, the only one who satisfies our soul!
