It's the Halloween episode!!! For this year's Halloween, I am covering Joy Ride starring Steve Zahn, Paul Walker, and Leelee Sobieski and was written by J.J. Abrams. You can stream the film on Hulu, Pluto TV, or Amazon.



Rusty Nail Cocktail (njoyspirits.com):

Ingredients

  • 4 parts Scotch
  • 1 part Drambuie
  • 1 large cube "clear ice"

    • Directions

    1. Pour all ingredients directly into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
    2. Stir gently.
    3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
    4. Serve.


      5. Road Trip Cocktail (feastmagazine.com):

      Ingredients

      • 1 oz cognac (such as Pierre Ferrand)
      • 1 oz rye whiskey (such as Rittenhouse)
      • ½ oz crème de cassis
      • 1 barspoon lingonberry preserves
      • 1 oz lemon juice
      • granulated sugar, for rim
      • kosher salt, for rim
      • lemon twist, for garnish

        • Directions

        1. Make a mixture that is half salt and half sugar; rim serving glass with mixture.
        2. Add all other ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
        3. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds, then strain into serving glass.
        4. Garnish with lemon twist.

          • "Candy Cane" is said.
          • you see the CB radio.
          • they drink or eat anything.
          • someone dies or a vehicle gets damaged.

            • Take a shot...

            • for Lewis and Fuller ordering cheeseburgers.
            • when the shotgun goes off.
