You can not go forward into joy until God heals you or restores you. When you cry and there are no tears you are in ziglag. Ziglag means setup for restoration. Do not allow bitterness from the past to enter into your life to ruin the joy. Discouragement will cause you to lose perception and joy. The joy of the Lord is your strength.
