Joyce D' Silva is the former Chief Executive of Compassion in World Farming.

She is speaking at the Petersfield Bookshop about her book on Animal Welfare in World Religion, on Thursday 19 September at 730pm .

Here she speaks to Mike Waddington about her approach - this challenge she says - to those who have a faith and her book explores what those faiths say about animals.
