If people hate him for rapping over "generic trap beats" then people shouldn't push indie rappers to rap over those trendy beats and respect the artist for being unique not "be the unique kid rocking the popular kids clothes". And as for him sounding like other artists majority of indie rappers sound like everyone in the game yet, people flock to them over the artist that are being themselves it's more than "oh lack of promo" just what people want go on YouTube they got vocal presets for every rapper in the game you got tutorials of have to rap like every rapper in the game and when an artist is being him or her self and they submit their songs to some of these blogs especially submit hub it's "can you sound modern" change it up and sound modern and rap over "industry required beats" "oh he's not original he's not offering anything new" oh he did you didn't like it dare them say they miss the old you the sound they hated so much just saying
