This episode is all about Crucial Conversations. We as human being hate confrontations and uncomfortable discussions. We try to avoid some conversations even when we know that they are important and may affect your life in negative ways. We always do our worse when the conversations are most important. I have attempted to explain the definition of Crucial Conversations and how they take place in any circumstances and at any time.

Crucial Conversations take place when:

There is a detailed discussion on misconceptions of honest and silent behaviours. It is important to have arguments and have opposite views and opinions but it is also important to be 100 percent honest and 100 percent respectful to one another at the same time.
