🇫🇷 Peugeot 408 小改款台灣發表：外觀換上三爪式日行燈與分離式頭燈設計，GT版導入發光廠徽，尾燈改為光帶式 LED，品牌識別視覺更趨近 Peugeot 最新家族美學。內裝維持 cockpit 數位座艙，新增 A 柱底部駕駛注意力監控鏡頭。動力維持 1.2 升三缸渦輪搭配 P2 位置 48V 輕油電（145hp），純電滑行可在 145km/h 以下熄火節能，30km/h 以下支援短程純電行駛（約 1 公里）。入門版售價 123.8 萬元，搭配優惠後 113.8 萬元，但無車道置中輔助；主力車型為 GT 等級 137.8 萬元，追加發光廠徽、車道置中輔助、矩陣頭燈、雙前座電動調整按摩座椅。Stellantis 集團入主後整體品牌能見度明顯回升，年輕族群對個性化房車的興趣也在帶動話題熱度。

🏔️ Mitsubishi Outlander 大改款改以全進口導入，三款車型 116.9 至 138.9 萬元：告別三義廠國產組裝，首次以全進口方式登台。雅典版（116.9 萬元）與臻選版（128.9 萬元）均為前驅設定，搭載 1.5 升四缸渦輪增壓引擎配 48V BSG 輕油電（176hp / 28.5kgm）與 CVT 無段變速箱，平均油耗 14.2km/L。全系標配三區恆溫空調、雙 12.3 吋數位座艙、Level 2 半自動駕駛輔助、YAMAHA 音響、感應電動尾門、無線充電與換檔撥片。S-AWC 極上版（138.9 萬元）為唯一四驅選擇，追加全景天窗、HUD、雙前座通風加熱按摩座椅、ALH 智慧頭燈及越野模式，搭配優惠後最低 128.9 萬元，是小捲認為性價比最高的選擇。不過前驅與四驅版的油耗差距僅 0.6km/L，且 5+2 三排座椅僅在四驅版提供，更支持小捲建議直上 S-AWC 版的論點。Outlander 的定價區間也預留了空間，待未來 Destinator 七人座國產休旅進一步填補市場佈局。

🚢 鴻華先進 Model B 右駕版首批量產車即將出港，前進紐澳市場：依據最新掌握的消息，掛上 Mitsubishi logo 的 Model B 右駕量產版（ASX VR-e）首批車輛預計九月下旬從台北港出發，前往紐西蘭與澳洲市場。紐西蘭市場共提供四款車型（LS、XLS、Exceed、GSR AWD），售價約新台幣 104 至 131 萬元，較台灣版Foxtron Bria同級車型高出約 17 萬元，顯示海外市場並無比台灣更便宜的定價。這是台灣汽車製造史上首次以原生技術平台代工、掛上國際品牌 logo 出口電動車，商業模式類似台灣電子代工 CDMS 的移植，與過去納智捷自主品牌出口俄羅斯的路線有本質不同，是台灣汽車產業走向新商業典範的重要起點。

Entry trim at NT$1,238,000 (effective NT$1,138,000) lacks lane centering; the GT at NT$1,378,000 is the intended volume seller, adding it alongside matrix headlights, massage seats, and glowing badge.

🏔️ Mitsubishi Outlander Switches to Full Import, Priced NT$1,169,000–NT$1,389,000: Three trims — two FWD and one AWD. All share a 1.5L turbocharged four-cylinder + 48V BSG mild hybrid (176hp) with CVT, plus triple-zone climate control, dual 12.3-inch screens, YAMAHA audio, and Level 2 ADAS as standard. The S-AWC Ultimate AWD at NT$1,389,000 (from NT$1,289,000 after incentives) is the only variant with 5+2 three-row seating, and its spec upgrade over the FWD is well worth the premium. The FWD vs. AWD fuel economy gap is only 0.6 km/L — small enough that the AWD is the rational choice. Outlander's pricing also appears to deliberately leave room below for the upcoming domestic Destinator 7-seat SUV.

☕ Kia Picanto Cappuccino Edition at NT$709,000: Urban compact special edition with upgraded driver ventilated seat, heated steering wheel, electric sunroof, sliding front headrests, and an ambient ring-light illuminated vanity mirror for more flattering makeup touchups. Full-speed lane centering (no ACC), blind spot monitoring, and 7 airbags are retained. White body color only — a deliberate lifestyle positioning choice.

🚢 Foxtron Model B RHD First Production Run Heading for New Zealand: The Mitsubishi ASX VR-e — right-hand-drive Model B built at Yulon's Sanyi plant — is set to depart from Taipei Port in late September, bound for New Zealand and Australia. Four trim levels priced at approximately NT$1,044,000–NT$1,316,000 in NZ dollar terms — about NT$170,000 more than equivalent Taiwan-spec Vria models. This marks the first time a Taiwanese automaker has exported an EV under an international brand's badge using domestically-developed technology, following a CDMS contract manufacturing model familiar from Taiwan's electronics industry — but applied to automotive for the first time.

⚡ Nissan X-Trail e-Power e-4orce 旗艦版正式上市，售價 149.9 萬元：較預售價下修 2 萬元，以日產原廠設計的改款外觀與內裝全面升級，包含 12.3 吋雙螢幕、HUD、BOSE 音響、後窗遮陽簾與後座雙區恆溫空調。1.5 升 VC Turbo 可變壓縮比引擎擔任發電機，前後雙電動馬達驅動，配備 e-Pedal 單踏板駕駛模式，動能回收功率接近電動車水準。售價仍較 Toyota RAV4 PHV 貴 0.9 萬元，但裕隆日產的旗艦電驅定位與豐富配備，支撐了這個定價的合理性。

🏎️ Toyota Crown Sport 預售啟動，油電版 175 萬元、PHEV 版 210 萬元：以 Crown Sport 之名首次在台灣正式亮相，同步引進 2.5 升 HEV 油電版（239hp、e-Four 電子四驅）與 2.5 升 PHV 插電油電版（306hp、純電約 80 公里、E4 Advance 電子四驅、VDIM 車輛動態整合管理）。PHV 版標配後軸轉向輔助、可變阻尼避震、感應式電動尾門與全景天窗，但不支援 DC 直流快充，僅提供 J1772 AC 慢充——在 RAV4 PHEV 已標配 CCS1 快充的對比下，略顯可惜。Crown Crossover同步調整，貴族版售價維持 157 萬元、皇家版降價 10 萬元至 200 萬元，並升級電子後視鏡與換檔撥片。

🔋 Hyundai Kona Hybrid 正式啟動預售，99 萬元起：導入改款 Kona 車系外觀設計，搭載 1.6 升 GDI 自然進氣引擎搭配 P2 位置超薄型驅動馬達與六速雙離合器變速箱，系統輸出 141hp / 27kgm，平均油耗 25.3km/L，是本週四款油電休旅中油耗表現最突出的車款。兩款車型：GLH-A（99 萬元）與 GLH-B（110 萬元），前者標配 12.3 吋中控螢幕、Level 2 主動安全。後者追加 18 吋輪圈、貫穿式 LED 尾燈、12.3 吋全數位儀表、雙前座電動調整與環景顯影。值得注意的是，其六速 DCT 的倒檔由 P2 電動馬達反轉取代，與麥拉倫 Artura 相似的設計邏輯，在電池電量耗盡時的倒車行為值得試駕驗證。

🚌 鴻華先進切入歐洲新能源商用車市場：鴻海與德中合資新能源商用車品牌「Quantron China」達成合作協議，負責在中國鄭州 EV 研發中心生產 J2 商用車平台的核心動力底盤，再輸出歐洲由當地夥伴進行 CKD 組裝。J2 平台同時相容 BEV 純電與 FCEV 燃料電池動力，預計 2026 年底先投入 100 輛歐洲市運驗證，2027 年上半年正式發表量產車型。此合作以中國廠區為主，台灣不直接參與生產，但鴻海可藉此積累燃料電池技術的開發經驗，為未來新能源商用車版圖做更完整的技術佈局。

Four hybrid crossovers launched in a single week — a first in recent Taiwan market history. Each brings a distinct powertrain philosophy, and the pricing moves all deserve unpacking.

🚗 Honda ZR-V Officially Launches at NT$1,199,000: Built on the Civic e:HEV platform with a 4.55m body that slots squarely between the HR-V and CR-V. The 2.0L Atkinson-cycle + motor system is identical to the Civic e:HEV, and the rear multi-link suspension carries over as well. Honda Sensing, Honda Connect, 9-inch touchscreen, 10.2-inch digital cluster, and BOSE audio are all standard. Lane centering activates only above 72 km/h. The NT$1,199,000 retail price is NT$30,000 below the pre-sale price — and below the Civic e:HEV itself — with an effective entry of NT$1,149,000 after passenger-car tax relief.

⚡ Nissan X-Trail e-Power e-4orce Flagship Launches at NT$1,499,000: Down NT$20,000 from the pre-sale price. Japan-developed facelift exterior, dual 12.3-inch displays, HUD, BOSE audio, rear window shade, and dual-zone rear climate control. The 1.5L VC Turbo acts as a generator for dual-motor AWD, with e-Pedal one-pedal driving and near-EV-level regenerative braking. At NT$9,000 above the RAV4 PHV, its positioning as a charge-free EV experience with AWD makes the small premium defensible.

🏎️ Toyota Crown Sport Pre-Sale Opens: HEV at NT$1,750,000; PHEV at NT$2,100,000. HEV: 239hp, e-Four AWD. PHEV: 306hp, ~80km EV range, E4 Advance AWD, VDIM, rear-axle steering, adaptive dampers, panoramic roof, and power tailgate all standard. The Crown Sport PHV does not support DC fast charging — only J1772 AC — a notable omission given that the RAV4 PHEV at NT$1,490,000 offers 50kW CCS1 fast charging as standard. Crown Crossover simultaneously gets a facelift and revised pricing: Royal edition drops NT$100,000 to NT$2,000,000 with e-Mirror and shift paddles added.

🔋 Hyundai Kona Hybrid Pre-Sale Opens at NT$990,000: Two trims — GLH-A at NT$990,000 and GLH-B at NT$1,100,000. Powertrain: 1.6L GDI NA engine in P2 hybrid configuration with a 6-speed DCT (141hp / 270Nm), delivering 25.3 km/L — the best fuel efficiency figure of this week's four launches. GLH-A standard: 12.3-inch touchscreen, Level 2 ADAS. GLH-B adds: 18-inch wheels, full-width LED taillights, 12.3-inch digital instruments, ventilated power front seats, and surround-view camera. The 6-speed DCT has no reverse gear — reverse is handled by the P2 motor spinning in reverse, similar to the McLaren Artura — behavior when battery is depleted is worth investigating on the test drive.

🚌 Foxconn Enters European New Energy Commercial Vehicle Market: Foxconn's manufacturing partnership with Quantron China (a German-Chinese JV) will produce J2 platform EV powertrains at Foxconn's Zhengzhou facility for European CKD assembly. The J2 platform supports both BEV and FCEV powertrains. Pilot deployment of 100 vehicles in Europe is planned for late 2026, with full production launch in H1 2027. Taiwan facilities are not involved; the EV powertrain production happens in China. However, the FCEV technology exposure gives Foxconn valuable fuel cell development experience for future commercial vehicle programs.
