After a full trial, a federal judge in California ruled that Trump grabbing control of the California National Guard and his deployment of the military to the streets of Los Angeles was illegal, and he also ordered him to stop violating the Posse Comitatus Act, a federal law that prohibits the military from enforcing civilian law.

As Politico reported, "Judge rules Trump can't act as national police chief." Glenn reviews this new legal development.
