In 1964, now-retired Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Burt Griffin served as Assistant Counsel to the Warren Commission with responsibility of investigating whether Jack Ruby was part of a conspiracy to assassinate President Kennedy or murder Lee Harvey Oswald.

In this first of three episodes, we learn about who Judge Burt Griffin is, how he was brought into the Warren Commission investigation, and the real truth behind the John F. Kennedy assassination on November 22, 1963.
