Popovich.The Judicial Conduct Commission, the only entity authorized under the Kentucky Constitution to take disciplinary action against a sitting judge, sent a letter to Popovich on October 2, 2015 detailing 54 incidents of alleged judicial misconduct.In addition, the JCC asked Popovich to respond to an allegation that he had abused the subpoena process from his prior judicial conduct hearing in May to harass the previous complainant.This is not the first time the commission levied charges against Popovich.
